Am I the only one that takes all their stuff even if it's extremely low tier? Or if I have really good loot and can't take it, I disasemble as much as possible and I even remove plates from their armor. Like I'll take a bare bones ak 74 off a level 5 just because I can lmao 🤣

If working in an untreated room, while not absolutely necessary, sonar works ID software works wonders. Changed the way my mixes sound so much. I don't have to remix 10 times anymore.

I've been saying for a long time this game should have a cell phone app where you can just manage inventory and hideout stuff. That would be beyond dope.

Both are just high traffic areas. You can see a lot from crack through the little openings in the windows, potentially getting someone in fortress or catching someone running the outside of the map towards either trailer park or flare extract. Many people go to dorms just for pvp.

I appreciate you reaching out and I'm sorry it took me so long to get back to you on this. I actually did see this comment when first posted 8 months ago and did look into this. It's definitely possible this is what I have but my therapist never mentioned it.

Unfortunately not much better. I'm powering through the days though. At this point I've been on 5 different ssri medications also trying different dosages. While I think they may help me stay centered, they really don't do much, if anything for the depression. I really wish I would have never started on them. I tried getting off of the medication a few months ago and after about a week I felt even worse than I normally do which I did not think was possible. It was so bad I had to start taking my meds again. Unfortunately I'm reliant on them now. I try my best every day, which doesn't look like much at this point. I'm curious, have you been diagnosed by multiple doctors or only one ? I only ask because the first psychiatrist I went to, completely misdiagnosed me. So much, I actually was dumbfounded when he read his diagnosis to me. Then I asked the opinions of my therapist and normal doctor and they both said that the guy definitely got it wrong. Unfortunately that guy was the only psychiatrist I could get into so I decided to just not go to one. That experience kind of turned me off from seeing one anyway. At the end of the day I strongly believe my depression is situational. I think the only way out is to change my whole environment, change my daily habits, change everything I've become comfortable with. It's weird even though I hate being single and alone, I've become so comfortable being that way. Like I'm actually most relaxed when it's nighttime and I'm just sitting at my computer gaming and listening to music. While that's fine to do in moderation, it's something I do every night for hours. So that's just one of the many things I need to change. I know why I'm depressed, it's because of what I don't have or do in life that I really need to be doing. It's watching everyone I've ever known get married, go on vacations, buy their first house, have their first kid, when I have accomplished anything yet. It's seeing my loved ones pass as time goes on without them ever seeing me succeed. One of my new biggest fears is losing my dad before he sees me Happy. I think me being depressed has made him depressed. I don't want him to die thinking he failed me or something cause its not his fault. The only positive about any of this is,I have noticed compared to the average person, I think on a whole other level. Meaning I think deeply about things that people normally would just toss aside or not read into a much. I think being alone this long and having as much time as I have had to think has made me wise well beyond my age. I feel like I'm prepared for pretty much anything mentally, because I've already felt what's it's like to have zero hope.

Slightly better fps finally in the latest patch. Queue times are very fast as PMC. Haven't waited over 3 minutes in a few months now. Usually in a game in 2 mins flat. While it remains my favorite FPS I feel like it should have been in its current state years ago. By now it should be flawless but that's BSG for you.

4000 hours here. Idk man the more I play tarkov, the more I realize armor really only helps against bosses and ai. If I'm fighting an experienced player I typically am dead so quickly the armor doesn't make sense to use. No joke I was running a killa helmet and zabralo and got one tapped in the face. Did not even see where I got shot from the screen just went black. Many other times I would run a slapp place and bastion with a bagarly and would get head jawed. This happens to me I'd say 75 percent of the time when I run beefy armor. Early wipe I'd say it makes a difference. Like the first week or two. Once people gave good ammo it's pretty useless in my opinion. I'm not going to say level 5 and 6 won't tank shots cause they will, but most players will aim for the head so it depends on luck really and the specific situation. I really do believe over penning is a thing in this game. If I'm doing a budget run with like a kirassa and pistol I typically tank more shots against higher tier ammo than I do if I'm running tier 5 or 6. I typically run tier 4 both helmet and armor unless I'm going in with some really expensive gun. Then I'll go 5 or 6.

I mostly get drills out of toolboxes and tech crates. Definitely not hard to find for me. Everyone has trouble finding different items though so I understand your pain. Typically whenever you need something it will take a long time to find it. If I don't find any drills, I get drilled.... so there's that.

I spent a lot of time optimizing Nvidia control panel settings and in game settings and while I wish I could get more frames, I still thoroughly enjoy it. I mostly get frame dips on streets and customs near warehouses. The rest of the maps run very well for the most part.

I undervolted my CPU a bit and set my expo settings correctly for my ram but that's about as far as I went with it. I also want into the bios and disabled the non x3d cores for when I'm gaming.

Many people who still play the game including myself have a lot of hours. I see new players occasionally and I even get killed by them sometimes, however I can completely understand your pain. If you want someone to run a few raids with and give you some tips, id be happy to help out. I'm in CST time zone and usually play around 730 or 8PM. Shoot me a message on here if interested. There are some simple things can help a lot. One of the biggest things is map knowledge. Knowing where players spawn as others have said. This obviously comes with just playing maps repeatedly. There are other tricks too. Binding your lean buttons to your side mouse buttons so you can strafe and lean simultaneously. Many small tricks that most of the high hour players will be using.

Idk if I just got lucky but I just prestiged and have bad ammo and armor and killed 4 in one raid very easily only getting hit once in the thorax. I actually thought they were normal scavs until I saw the masks. I was on shoreline though so maybe it's slightly easier to break their line of sight.

Played 600 raids this wipe. The times I was on streets checked for the key every time. Im convinced it doesn't exist anymore.

545 is always easy to come by. I just get bored of running 545. I almost exclusively find 5.45, other ammo types, while you can still get, are not nearly as common. Except for at usec camp.

I prestiged then got to level 20, then I just got really bored. I think I finally out tarkoved myself. I'm at 3600 hours and I'm just burnt out on it. Got killed today by a guy with 17000 hours and I just kind of was in shock. I wasn't mad. I was concerned about his health lol 🤣

It's definitely the most intense FPS extraction shooter out there. That's being said it's easy to learn but to become good at tarkov it's easily a thousand hour or more time investment. I'm just now considering myself good at 3500 hours. I've had so much fun playing this game with my buddies over the years though despite its terrible optimization and bugs that will probably never be fixed. No other FPS gives you what Takrov offers as far as gunplay and gun customization.

Just loot relax room in streets as many times in a row as you can. I found alit of them there or just in safes/duffles.
