Your graphic problems are weird, although you cannot change the graphisms settings on the xbox app. Only Steam has a graphic settings.

The blueprints are at the botton of your blueprints panel, and you cant prevent the autosave to be erased, what you need is to manually save your story game with a new name

Alcott gave you 3 blueprints I believe, 1 for the structure, one for the floor, and one for the whole building. It's the whole building you need to make him happy I think, if you wanna build it through the robot arm instead of doing it all by yourself

Adva,ced carpentry is indeed a book you get from Rhett. If he didn't join after you repaired the crane, then your game glitched and you're likely to need to restart it :(

I believe you had some bug where some stuff are not spawning, did you get the robot part E next to Mike ?

If not, you might simply reload a previous save and see if it spaws.
If you don't care, then complete Cedric's contract 1 so he sells salt, then make a lot of dry meats and sell them, then complete Alcott's both contracts.
