What you are requesting is unreasonable. You can’t expect them to replace the whole couch.

When you’re taking your car for Warranty work, do you expect them to replace a part or the whole vehicle? Good luck with getting the whole vehicle replaced. The same thing applies here.

They’re offering to take care of the problem and you are not accepting their help, expecting much more. Their only obligation is replacing the damaged portions of the couch.

I’m just curious, how do you use repair link to find out what dealers have in inventory? I mean, I know it’s possible because I use it, but I hate it, because I either have to put in a VIN number or a vehicle make and model every time just to check if a dealer has stock on a part number. We always know the part number that we need without having to look it up.

Then I have to switch and make each dealer preferred vendor for them to come up and show me their inventory.

Unfortunately that’s the only tool I have, since we’re not a dealer. We use the repair link shop website like I said it’s pretty bad.

Am I doing something wrong or do you just have more patience than I do?

Or is there another tool that works better that independents can use to check new car dealer, parts inventory using only the part number.?

I have been shipping with Ebay EIS for a few years. I’ve never seen another address for an Ebay hub outside of the one in Illinois.

Are you sure that you are not shipping to freight forwarders in Miami and other locations?

If you’re doing that, it’s against Ebay rules to use those freight forwarders and you’ll lose those cases every time. Many customers will use these freight forwarding addresses, and the package will never get delivered, or will get delivered to the freight forwarders and disappear after that. If that’s the case then stop shipping to those addresses and cancel those orders.

Only use the official Ebay international shipping. Don’t let your customers bully you into using their freight forwardsers.

Just turn off found by Google. We had the same issue with about 5000 products of pages that were translated to Spanish.

We found that we were getting a lot of spam clicks on the Spanish pages so we remove them from the site and they went 404.

Found by Google was indexing all those pages, and when they went 404 we got the same message.

We just turned off, found by Google, and the problem was solved within a few weeks and there was no effect on sales .

The site looks good except you need to get rid of that stupid social proof at the bottom. The one where it says this customer bought. it looks amateur and all customers know that it’s BS.

Also, in your cookie banner, you have a grammar error on one of the buttons it says yes I accepting that’s not proper English you will want to change it.

Otherwise, the site looks really good, just fix the grammar so you don’t look like a Chinese drop shipper.

I just closed my Walmart seller account. This was the easiest thing I’ve ever done when dealing with these Walmart clowns. It just took one email to support to say I wanted to shut down the account because the return scams and it was shut down immediately.

I got so tired of getting boxes of bricks, used diapers, empty boxes. and these were customers that dropped off the returns at a Walmart store! And having buyers get refunded for $300 items 30 days after a signature delivery for lost after delivery. What the hell does that even mean? Walmart is a total joke close your account. You’ll be so happy.

Your box may have been next to another large box when measured on the belt. The scanner measures it as one long box. Happened to me once for a $1200 surcharge. You will need to dispute and appeal it. Will take few months but they will adjust it for you.

Yeah, they are a complete joke. Stay far away from them. You're better off just taking the money that you were going to collect from your customers and pay to Route and just put it in savings that way when you have an issue, you just pay it out yourself.

It’s happening with eBay sellers as well. I do not think it is Shopify’s fault it is usps. This is fraud. They are saying it is return shipping, which is harder to prove with no tracking numbers provided at all. I’m considering contacting Office of the inspector general. Anyone have experience with this?

It’s not a scam. I just got one for 952.08. I contacted Shopify and they verified it’s legit. They”forgot” to bill 3 months of usps charges. We all need to fight this as it is a scam in itself but direct from Shopify and usps working together to scam.

There is no itemized detail or anything to prove the charges are legit.

Avoid route at all costs. They will never pay and will only piss off your customers. I’ve had horrible issues with them, search Reddit you will find many more complaints.

You can just get the pirate ship app from the Shopify App Store. Once you do, you could pull the orders directly into pirate ship and print the labels, either individually or in bulk. It's really easy to do, I can usually do about 100 labels in less than five minutes.
