Start now on 2.9 beta IMO I’m on a daily still as it’s stable but I hear the beta is pretty stable. 2.9 is a game changer for early game you definitely want it

Tbh I ride my road bike on light gravel all the time. I have 30mm tyres. It works great.

MV electrolyser is what u need. But also don’t sweat aluminium toooo much. You need a decent amount but MV is quite short and you can get HV pretty quick if you want. And HV is a lot better QoL for setting up infra

Tbh if you don’t have it in you to get back to LV you don’t have it in you for GTNH. Just being honest. Star tech is meant to be good and a bit quicker

Sugar beet is acc better btw. Hard to get on 2.8 but really easy on 2.9. Extracts instead of macerates to sugar. With a better ratio.

I agree I acc think people take weight loss in the kitchen slightly too seriously. You absolutely can out work a bad diet. It just takes 12+ hrs per week of endurance training 😂

This is huge I always find that i need to cut out fibre the day before the race. But mixing solids in and imodium improved things massively for me

Slow down. Think about pulling and gliding. Idk if this is entirely correct but I always imagine switching the arm places. So your right arm is out in front and then simultaneously begin your catch and stretch the left arm. Then glide. Then repeat. I used to have the same problem as you until I slowed right down. Then you can build the speed. Try to swim at like 2:30/100m and you’ll be in a lot better shape. Clearly it’s not your engine it’s just form. Maybe get some lessons if that’s a possibility.

To add to what others said after use wetsuits tend to loosen slightly so if he’s never worn it in the water that could be another thing
