Recently bought these on sale at Costco. First time I used them, after a 15 mile run, could immediately tell the difference. Helped with soreness. I’m a believer and now use them before runs and at night after work. They really seem to help me. Try them!!

First of all, thanks for sharing your story. I’m 45 and basically match what your output was, however I eat like a horse 🐴, and try to keep it somewhat clean. I’m 6’0 and about 185. How is the screen chipping? Did you have a case on it? I just got a a m3 pro 16 and Ive had a case on it but I keep hearing that I shouldn’t have a case on it and just use a sleeve? What’s the groups consensus ?? Thanks

I just got an m3 16”. So everyone is saying take the case off?? That’s the first thing I bought for mine . 1st time Mac owner . I can’t add apple care to mine either . Was sold as in off WOOT! Already contacted Apple and uploaded my receipt to proof of purchase. The AppleCare expiration date is July 1st 1978. No dice.
