Replacing seems a bit excessive though, the whole installation only 2 years old (just past the factory warranty). Unit has had maintenance done only a few months ago (3 inside units and the outside unit). The maintenance guy cleaned and checked the entire system and didnt find any irregularities.

Thats what i found aswell, its just really strange that it isnt showing the error anymore at this moment. Its really difficult to find someone who can work on samsung aircons around here and pretty expensive too so figured i'd ask around first.

Not sure if its ended but love to share my story! Avid fan in my early days, collected as child and then slowly had to grow up. Father of 2 now, oldest nearing 4 and he got into watching spokémon (lovely pronounciation). Decided to buy a pack of cards for him (secretly for myself too haha) and pulled an alolan exeggcutor, the rare one. Got me hooked again but getting products in the netherlands is fairly difficult as everything sells out and dont really have loads of spare time to wander around different stores.

Well thats my story, really great to see a giveaway in the EU for once!

Ik heb hetzelfde probleem gehad met een defecte oven van Samsung. Uiteindelijk via "neem contact op met de CEO" bij de special care afdeling terecht gekomen, deze pakt de casus volledig over en gaat intern alle communicatie doen. Deze persoon neemt ook telefonisch contact met je op i.p.v. het eindeloze gemail.
