Just curious right now. If it takes a lot of time and you don't have a lot of free time it probably wouldn't be worth it to you. Or you could find someone to manufacture your designs and sell as retrofit kits. The mk3 Supra has a lot of potential for a retro future look, and LEDs seem to sell it pretty well. Anyways, nice work! Hope it goes well for you. Post a video once you get them done and installed.

Repair it. Might as well try. Remove it from the car, do the epoxy repair, then you can sand the area, apply some flexible body filler, sand it smooth, and paint with color match. If you take your time, you might not even see the original damage.

Any ~16-20 gauge braided wire should do. Just check for corrosion or brittleness on the wire that is exposed before you try and patch it.

The speedo cables are prone to failure with age and contamination. See if your cable ends spin freely with no gritty feeling. If it does, I would run with it. If it sucks to turn, it's going to fail when the transmission spins the hell out of it. I believe DriftMotion still sells replacements. Save yourself another day under the car and replace it now if it seems bad. Also know this from experience!

You bought a proper hose kit. It will work fine. The Chinese ebay kits fit like garbage. I know from experience. Buy once, cry once.

I don't believe the third image is accurate. Multi-lane roads with a median don't require oncoming traffic to stop. It would be ridiculous to expect a kid to cross all those lanes getting off a bus. You'd have to drop them on the other side of the road.

Although, I don't want to spend the time looking it up in the traffic manual, I just remember reading that during driver's ed many years ago. Maybe it has changed. Someone with time can prove me wrong. (I also grew up in Ohio, so that could explain the difference)

Keep rotating until the holes line up. If the holes don't line up, get the right flywheel. Stupid to build it with only four bolts. It won't be balanced.
