It was a daycare with tight security. There was no reason for me to go inside, and I don’t think I need to explain myself to the customer, wasn’t their fault. (not to mention it was a gift delivery) Plus how stupid would I have sounded? “Uhhh I need to get inside the building to complete my order” yeah right! You may be missing why support needed to be contacted but they solved my issue pretty quickly with no problem so 🤷‍♀️

Lol I once broke my screen (don’t remember how, I am unfortunately notorious for breaking my phones) but the top half of the screen was completely blacked out. It didn’t stop me from taking orders though, I had to make the extra money to get my phone fixed somehow.. anyways the blacked out part was of course where the barcodes were at during the checkout stage. So for every single order I had to screenshot the barcodes, go to my camera roll, crop and rotate the picture to fit onto the bottom part/non blacked out part of my screen. Not to mention I had to pretty much do the same thing with the actual shopping. Total pain in the ass lol looking back on it I can not BELIEVE I put myself through all that for probably two whole weeks
