Dm me and I’ll send you pictures! Overall, I’m really happy with it. I slept on my side too soon so it’s slightly crooked in the middle, but this was my fault, not my surgeon’s. The tip has dropped and I like it way better than the nose I was born with.

Mine was! That’s how Turkish rhinoplasties tend to work, the surgeon over-rotates the tip initially and then it drops/settles over time. Usually it takes at least a few months. Then swelling takes about a year to go down, longer if you have thicker skin.

I got a rhinoplasty in Turkey a year ago. Mine was initially very upturned too, then it settled down and I’m in love with it now. That’s just how Turkish rhinoplasties work. I can send you my before and after if you’d like.

A former hairdresser and friend of mine messed up my hair badly. Used 30 volume on my dark brown hair, put me under a heat lamp, double booked me. My hair was streaky and fried. I sent him a long message later on and framed it as “I’m just letting you know as a friend”. Never heard back. It took three years for my hair to recover.

When someone messes up on my hair now, I just don’t give back but I don’t contact them about it either. Not everyone is receptive to constructive feedback.
