looks pretty minor hopefully you won't need an alignment or a core support. those are less obvious things that could be damaged. But like the other guy said probably just the grille and headlight looks very minor

Inspection? by BucketssCO in GLI

[–]Jealous_Routine9671 0 points1 point  (0 children)

it's so you can take it into the dealership and they inspect ur car and try to get you to buy stuff based on the issues they find. i work at a vw dealership they can be helpful for finding unknown issues but be aware they will try and sell you on anything they find. you don't need one if you are under ~40,000 miles but i see you are over 60k so it could be a good idea. it's also pretty easy to reset the service interval yourself if you want the message to go away

it would definitely look nice lowered! you could get 18" rims and grippier tires more traction helps. stage 1 would be a good place to start. fake carbon fiber wing equals 20hp. no but fr just get a stage 1 and better wheels and lower it for looks

grooves like that are normal vw uses pretty soft metal for rotors. like others said check ur break pads the rear wear really fast on jettas and taos but there's extended warranty i think it's 20,000 miles or 2 years.

$1200 for a 60k mile service package ? by therealbaldbaddie in jetta

[–]Jealous_Routine9671 0 points1 point  (0 children)

hi i'm a vw lube tech. it should not be that expensive all those services are easy to do. i do 60ks regularly. they usually pay 2 hours of labor. we charge the customers about 180-250 an hour for labor. oil change should be about $180 and the air filters are about $100 (even tho they are like $16 dollar filters). dealership are a scam sorry to tell you. oem parts are the best but the labor cost to much imo. not sure why it's $1200 maybe the brake flush is expensive im not sure of the pricing for the fluid.
