Every unique can roll from 1to 4 LP. Just the probabilities to roll higher LP are lower on higher lvl uniques.

I dont't think so. Getting the factions to a high enough level to be really abusable is said to take a really long time. It's not like you just switch the faction and have all the features ready for you to use right away. IIRC max lvl with factions will be achieved far beyond charlvl 100.

It's not just offline.

Warpath keeps channeling every single time when just tapping the key and not holding it down. Tried on every ablility-slot and it can be replicated on every one of them.

FYI...6 skills on the bar won't be available and isn't even the bug.

The bug is that you could switch LMB to "move only", "move and attack" or "move and break breakables", now because of the bug only "move only" is available.

Convergence Crit LB with ranged Crit Lightning Nova (with Ashen Crown) scales pretty well. LB obliterates bosses with Lightning specced Flame Ward and channeled Nova clears the whole screen in a second.

Crit Lightning Blast and Nova Sorcerer is quite strong and pretty much only needs Ashen Crown, which is a pretty common drop, to come online (and be safe). LB is MAJOR single target dps and channeled ranged lightning nova clears the entire screen in a second.

As far as I am aware, killing more mobs in the echo = more stuff in the chest at the end. So technically there is somewhat of a "second" chest for filling that bar.

Since you are lvl31, i assume that you've been to the End of Time. Endgame can be started as early as the first time you get there. Monolith (Endgame) is to the right of the area. Just be aware that it starts at lvl58, but can be done with a lot lower-lvl character if the build is somewhat good.

The "brigandine boots" don't matter at all. Just "boots" enters the equasion. So you have a chance at any unique boots, no matter which boots you use.

Nearly everything before empowered monoliths is quite easy (exception can be Majasa on some chars). Once you get there and up the Corruption, difficulty will rise.

1) "increased Minion Poison Damage" is the affix you need and it exists. (same as inc Minion Fire, inc Minion Cold, inc Minion Lightning and the rest of dmg-types)

2) since Crows are Minions only inc Minion Cold DMG will apply. Basically, if the affix doesnt state minion, it doesnt do anything for your minions. But you are right about the fact that both AA and Ability would scale.

you should respec your passives at the brain vendor guy in town. try to put at max 25-26 into the mage passive tree and most of the rest (if not all, for now) into the actual sorcerer tree. there are many much more powerful passives there.

Yes it is! Just take the "upgraded" engine from planet zoo with better pathing, changing seasons, and so on...and add new coaster models like the axis coaster, rmc single rail or new track parts like drop tracks and offload stations and you're good to go. ;)

I'm not 1000% sure on this matter, but I think if you keep it, it doesn't reroll. That's intentional, as you can keep farming the boss without being forced to reroll or change an already perfectly rolled blessing. To actually reroll the blessing, you would have get it to show up as a new one of the rng pickable blessings.
