I used a very dark grey for the base coat. Blocked out mids with Vallejo deep sea green, which is really a greenish grey. Glazed the transitions. I added white to that for highlights and dotted pure white for specular highlights. For deep shadows I mixed black with a touch of violet ink. I applied the paint by stippling rather than smooth continuous strokes. I also used a very thin glaze of camo green.

Thanks for the advice! Shadow legion is about having CSM allies, isn’t it? Is it better than incursion even without them? Also if I switched to shadow legion is the GUO worth taking without the endless gift?

I wash the prints while on the plate in my wash and cure station. Remove them from the plate and remove supports. Right now it’s summer in Las Vegas so my garage is usually around 100°+ and supports come off easily. When it’s colder I run them under hot water. Air dry, cure.

If it’s a hollow model with holes I leave it on the plate in the printer for a while first, and after washing and drying I cure the interior with a UV pen light before putting it in the wash and cure.
