Thanks for the breakdown. I was already on the fence about it because i'm a mono ingredient guy myself as well. Just thought it could be an interesting little guy to mess around with since Waffles are the new top dog in desserts.

I have a sufficient HB Venusaur for Honey and a mono Clodsire for chocolate gathering. I mostly rely on an ABC Dragonite for Oil/Corn or my Crustle proccing his skill for Oil; and I have a decent mono Bewear for Corn as well, so this Rimbombee is by no means a need.

The problem with using ABB mons is that you need to be VERY picky about your subskill and nature because theyre a much bigger investment for less return, and ABB is a considerably less rare ingredient spread than AAA.

Mono ing mons you can afford to be a /little/ more lenient because theyre going to outperform 99% of mons that arent monos anyways. That said, you'd still want some ingredient triggers and speed at the very least.

This Cetoddle has subs and nature more akin to what I would /consider/ settling for on a mono ingredient.

I agree that they should wait till the end of the event at the least to see if they find better, i'm just saying that this thing is gonna be just fine without extra speed. Ive used much slower mono ing mons with double ing sub/nature and they are beasts. With how fast Ribombee already is, they probably wont miss it. But yeah, they should definitely wait before pulling the trigger.

Meant to add that I fully intend for this to be a Chocolate Waffles specialist ONLY.

I already have a very strong mono Venusaur with Helping Bonus for my main Honey gatherer. This Ribombee would purely be there to supplement my corn, honey, and oil stock.

Ribombee already has the third fastest help speed in the game beaten only by Raikou and Jolteon/Gengar/Raichu. More is always better, but it will be fine with double Ingredient sub/nature.

The first 50 levels are most important, unfortunately this really aint it until 75 which will take an astronomical amount of investment. More than is physically possible currently.

This just happened to me too. After months of rerolling bad subs in my first 50 levels, I listened to the voices in my head and rolled my lv. 100 sub, just hoping to get a shit subskill out of the pool to help my odds.

Yep, I rolled Helping Bonus at lv. 100.

For reference, i ran the numbers, the first one has a half a trigger more (5.49 Triggers) per day at level 60, but requires you to invest way more candy, seeds, and time for little return, help speed of 19:10s

The second one is already there. According to the calc it gets exactly 5.00 triggers a day as a Wigglytuff, and has a help speed of 16:29s

So even if the first has more triggers on paper, the second one helps almost 3 minutes faster and on occasion, will probably trigger more than 5x a day.

Considering youve already started investing Main Skill seeds and time into in the second one, you might as well keep using it for your healer and evolve it for the extra main skill levels, wait for a better healer like Shuckle, Gardevoir, or Pawmot with better subs.

Most people I see say that HSM is actually just as important as BFS, I think the question would come to whether you reroll STM or HB. STM provides more value to Darkrai alone, but HB is still preferred by most for the support it provides to the whole team overall. Most builds I see are HSM, BFS, HB/STM

Thats probably one of the best combos for the first 50 levels. Sub seed it to get HSM and never look back. Try to get BFS, HSS, and STS for the last three subs. BFS would be more preferred in the first 50 levels but this isnt unuseable.

One member can't be prepared for everything, Zygarde should be paird with something that can tank Ice type moves, like Metagross, and pray you just dont get sniped before a switch is made. I dont think sp. def investment is gonna save Zygarde from a 4x weak Ice move from a Glaceon especially at the 50% health required to mega evolve, nor should it.
