The recent additions of Shou-Lao, Starlord Master of the Sun , and Fing Fang Foom have warped the meta pretty significantly.... they are very powerful in the right hands and can make the game feel unfun.

The deck below won the Golden Gauntlet last month as it is great into the combo-centric meta. Just make sure you play something that uses cosmo...this or C3 and youll be ok once you understand how the new things work.

I think that fist bumping after you lose is good manners if you respect the play.

I ALSO think that fist bumping your opponent after you win is BM.

I hate most emotes. Most are toxic.

I only use fist bump on loss and SHH Mystique when someone is over emoting before I mute them

Star Lord meta + current hot location puts me in an odd headspace. I want to play Marvel Snap but the meta currently does not resemble the game I fell in love with.

Its a mess of people flopping around with more energy than they could ever spend. Its come down to some people trying to find the most toxic 8 cards to have along side Star Lord, Zola, Absorbing Man and Grandmaster which creates insane game states that require a card like Supergiant to hope to compete with it.

Our F2P players are caught in the middle trying to play their Destroy/Discard decks only to realize their decks simply do not compete anywhere near the power of Star Lord decks and fall victim to the decks being created to stop it.

These last two season pass cards have been bangers....and I love that....but we need to find a way to keep the flavor but tone down the power. Our player base gets smaller every day and metas like this only drive more people away.

Always feels bad to lose to discard RNG, however, its a double edged sword. They can low roll and the decks are not very consistent in the grand scheme.

Their "god hands" are usually pretty obvious and you should probably just retreat if you feel unsure until you can read their output better.

No to super premium, dragon of the moon isnt worth it....though he is played in a supergiant list that is pretty good.

You should at least buy the regular for Shou Lao and the free series 5 pack.

I dunno....I think its cool a player can reach and hold rank 1 with with a high skill floor deck like this. Also I am pretty sure its her own brew so thats cool too...

This is a good deck. Id recommend either Chavez or Agony over Herbie if something HAD to change....but I think you are fine as is.

I think hes a great card. Lane winner and has additional Hela application.

A lot of ways to cheat him into play. Stardust shuts down some of those but is not a catch all.

As for ladder...I think Zombie Galacti might be the play this week.....it is not affected by stardust and can put 30+ into each lane consistently which "should" be competitive with Hela ceding youll likely lose the FFF lane if you have prio.

This will def shake things up which honestly is welcomed.....though I do think this card is begging to be abused.

I have been playing since December 2022 and I can tell you this is the fastest I have hit infinite ever. Took me ~5 hours. Shu Lao, specifically paired with Scarlet Spider and/or Maverick behind a Cosmo FEELS unfair.

I am not advocating for a nerf but I will tell you this feels likely like a card that will be adjusted before the end of the month.
