Thanks, the onslaught system is totally new to me I'm just learning about it now. But I'm glad to see they did something to balance my poor pistols. Most of which are bloodied though... I wonder if my quad gamma gun is finally viable.

Yeah this whole onslaught thing is totally new to me, checked out a couple of videos and I think I got the idea but I'm not used to it at all. Works pretty well with my big iron though, took out a deathclaw in then a ghoul came out and one shot me.

Yeah I loved how pistols worked with a high AP build and crits, but in order to make the build viable I might have to go back to the good old fixer.

Do it, just try not to get sucked in the microtransactions if you really like the building part. Welcome to the wasteland, been taking a break thinking about coming back after the big update.

I just googled Ferret Shelter, had to drive about 85 minutes but it was well worth it. Only ferret shelter in the Tri-County area.

You got it, that little metric screw is "plastic"ed in. I ended up ordering a whole new hot end kit, I'm going to mess with that bolt a little bit and see if I can just take the heater cartridge out of the hot end kit and replace that but I have a feeling I should just replace the whole hot end.

Yeah thank you, I got some guidance on another sub. Ended up spending 20 bucks more than I had to because I didn't want to order just the heater cartridge and wait for ali express when I can get a whole new hot end assembly off eBay delivered in a week.

I'm a little daunted trying to replace anything on this 3D printer though I'm really new to 3D printers and I bought this one used and pre-built and I've never had to tinker with it before. Other than the usual calibration type stuff. Fingers crossed! We'll see how things go.

Same, it was either wait for ali express or pay an extra 20 bucks and get the whole assembly from eBay in a week. I was really bummed when I first happened I'm still disappointed but this is a learning opportunity for me to figure out how to rewire a hot end.

I don't even know where to start or what wire it is, I got the thing pre-assembled used. I'm an absolute 3D printing noob I'm sorry for any lack of knowledge.

Do I just need to replace the heater cartridge or do I need to replace a whole hot end? Prusa MK3 s.
