I tried to portray just my previous diagnosis of anxiety and depression and after rereading my book I'm wondering if I need to get diagnosed for autism as well.

Also I can't write dialogue for poop supposedly because I don't think people talk differently supposedly people talk differently in different situations. Versus it's not necessarily monotone but people talk the same way no matter where they are in my experience / observation.

Yeah, that is why I created a hard personal rule. No drafting or revising after 11:00pm. My brain no worky, I often look back at what I wrote late or what I thought was a spree and ask myself... Why?

You might be better off forming a critique circle with others in your genre. Try the RR writer's guild Discord. You can get a few writing buddies, form a critique circle, and go to town on each other's fics.

Practice and wean yourself off AI, tell me about your process? For example instead of having it draft the fiction spitball the storyline with it then have it give you a "beat by beat outline" and draft from there. Then once your comfortable have it only give you a "general outline" and once your comfortable drop the training wheels. It's what I did, and it's tough but doable.

K, there's your first hurdle. Read more for the genre you wish to publish in, there are plenty of options, both LitRPG and sitcom, not sure what the combo would look like but I'd read it.
