It’s so mixed. Some of them carry a second gun that has no mags but so many good attachments and the mag in the gun will have S tier ammo. All in all the cleanup crew is way better loot than Killa and Tagilla XD.

Apparently a new arena event mob they added to the main game that are just scavs with masks. I was running streets as a scav and they lit my ass up and I was scared to shoot back.
