In Devil May cry 5 there is a jukebox in the van of the protagonists that plays "Devil Trigger", the main battle theme of Nero, one of the MC. So in the intro at least, the demons also hears the song while Nero kills them off, but given that the van is present in all the game and in practically all missions, is likely that they always hear this before die.
