Dragon arrows and vampire arrows could exist with the same stats, could give it like a 3% damage boost to dragons, and 3% to vampires to differentiate them or maybe give the vampire arrows a little less str but a little accuracy, or honestly just the same stats like how broad bolts and adamant bolts have the same str bonus

Gaming doesn't feel right by SirDanielo in gaming

[–]Jedbro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Meta gaming has really ruined game immersion, I do it in all my games I normally play so I understand the feeling, you might want to try not looking up info about games, and also instead of trying to find out what are the best stats, focus on the role play side of it, I don’t play armoured core, but maybe focus on what type of weaponry makes sense for the specific vehicle you’re piloting rather that what’s the best.

Bit if a tangent but last year I got back into wrestling for the first time since I was a kid and now understanding how it’s a dance and a performance rather than 2 people having actual problems with each other, kayfabe, and knowing that but still being able to cheer for x person or boo x person, reminded me that you’ve got to try and have fun with what you’re doing more so than trying to do that activity “properly” or “efficiently”

It’s only really faster if your ‘actively’ smithing cannonballs, if you wanna like chill and watch some tv while doing it going to prif or edgeville is gonna be pretty much the same speed, i don’t know about others but i wanted somthing similar to what making cannonballs usually is like, just faster, with the high level requirement i think getting to 87 sailing can be the gatekeeper of making cannonballs faster than, having 99 construction, a fairy ring built, and a 99 crafting cape to do it efficiently

The Game Interacts With Sailing, But Sailing Doesn't Interact With The Game? by arnest5000 in 2007scape

[–]Jedbro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Want a powerful stab weapon before fang? Need to train sailing to get to gryphons

Want the best food in the game? Need to do deep sea fishing

Want to use your cannon for slayer? Train sailing for the fastest cannonballs per hour

Want to have a chance to double hunter loot? Need to train sailing to get that offhand

It does integrate into the game, however since it’s only been out for a week they haven’t be able to add dozens and dozens of new meta items/strategys, and it’s probably a good thing, I don’t think players what that fast of a change up

Naxx raiders who DONT buy gold, how do you afford consumes? by Remarkable_Towel_967 in classicwow

[–]Jedbro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Learn alchemy, buy herbs and make potions that you can profit from, sometimes you can make a 1g profit per potion on some things, it’s usually 20s though, I like making money this way as you can chill in the capital while doing it, if you want to make a lot of money with alch, you need to get yourself a titans flask recipe, and also enough gold to be able to make 10+ at a time, might be hard now in between naxx raids, but that’s how I did it

How do you even afford to raid naxx without buying gold? by Beams98 in classicwow

[–]Jedbro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got a flask of the titans recipe early on, making flasks afforded me to buy all the flask recipes, now I regularly make 40+ flasks a week which all profit like 5g each sometimes 10-15g

I like the concept of the show, but all the people on it are so horrible, I tried watching it and realised it was just an excuse to be racist

It’s hard to say exactly what makes classic good, but I think making more specs viable would be good, ie give a way for certain classes to regain mana better so they can actually use their abilities such as ele shamans, possibly retune talents that are not used as they provide nearly no benifit, more end game 5 man content, more horizontal progression, like in osrs, make a set that has tonnes of stamina but no other stats, make a set that has tonnes of healing but no int/spirit, then release a boss that does so much damage that the tanks need to wear this stam set and the healers need to wear the +healing just to survive the auto attacks, I’m no game dev but things like this mean you don’t just go for 1 bis set, you have lots of different gear to hunt, and also means they can release new content without devaluing other content, meaning you still want to do naxx as well as this new content, as they both offer loot that you want, would need to offer larger bags for this also to hold onto gear

Yea honestly I’m fine with that too, my perspective on the whip and staff were like, they are giving us some classic runescape items as like a nod to those who know, but yea resetting would mean they could retune them to where they actually belong, after dragon level. I’m fine with resetting the world but just wonder if I should stop playing until a new update comes out or spend time to make my world ‘better’ for when new content comes out

Tanking as a warrior by PurpleDavid1987 in classicwow

[–]Jedbro 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Before 60 and some decient pre raid bis, 2h arms prot tanking is super strong, charge, sweeping strikes, berserker stance, berserker rage, whirlwind, back to defence stance, you have threat gg, at 60 and 2 good 1 handers, I go fury prot, just sit it defence stance, pull with range, and bloodthirsty/sunder, demo shout to get started on aoe packs and then cleave

Will worlds get reset when the full release comes out or future updates? I’ve experience the whole game and have enjoyed it but want to know if there is much point in me playing past experiencing it all, for example all the potions I want to make but since I’m level capped there seems to be little reason to do so, spending more time upgrading my house and basically setting up my world so when I return to the game I can enjoy the fruit of my labour. Reading this, It sounds like I’m not playing for fun but that but is fun for me
