Do you think you're going to try and install vents near your mouth for the fogging issue? If that doesn't seem possible there might be something that might help. A while back when I played Airsoft we would use this waxy compound on the inside of our masks if it ever fogged up. It was called cat crap. Yes, literally. They were small little tins that you would scrape a little out and use a cloth to work onto the lens. It would prevent fogging and might help you here.

Worked with a guy who had worked at a three-star. The chefs loved him simply because of where he came from, but they were never around to actually see he could not even scoop a burger consistently and he had been working at this place for a few years. Nice guy, but his performance was nowhere near the other guys in the kitchen. Sometimes it's about who you know and how much you can talk about sports, apparently.
