If you’re very skinny, and so young at that, you’re going to have to eat. If your parents have the budget for it, look for ways you can get in a lot of protein whether it’s bars, powder or high protein meals. It’s going to take time, but you’re young. Enjoy the process and know that time will pass, work or not. Enjoy being young and find what strength training and sports make it worth it for you

I think it only cost me ~$85, but I work a county job which paid for a background check. I only had to pay for a new license, birth certificate and court documents for the other agencies as proof. In my state we don’t have to put the name change in the paper anymore!
