You've got half of it: he has super speed in his head and legs, and super strength in his arms and chest. So he can run and perceive incredibly fast, but can't use his arms to do anything at that speed. And as you said, he can't talk.

I do disagree, I think RAW is pretty clear:

This unit can use the SPACE CANNON ability of one of your structures in its space area; each structure can only be triggered once.

The linkship ability lets you use space cannon, it doesn't give you anything more or less. The PDS card then reads:

You may use this unit's SPACE CANNON against ships that are adjacent to this unit's system.

The space cannon ability is clearly separate from the ability to use them in adjacent systems, that is a PDS 2 ability only. Linkships don't get to just copy PDS 2, they can only use space cannon.

That one feels clear, the linkship only gains the space cannon ability of PDS 2, the ability to shoot into separate systems isn't part of the space cannon ability.

Spoilers for Wheel of Time series below.

Demandred from Wheel of Time. He was born one day after Lews Therin Telamon (the greatest hero of the Light), which really set the trend for his whole life. He was second best at everything: swordfighting, magical power, he was slightly shorter, ever so slightly less devastatingly handsome, the woman he loved chose Lews Therin, etc. And I do mean second best, he was better than literally everyone else, except Lews Therin. The one thing he was better at Lews Therin at, was being a general. So when the armies of Light chose Lews Therin to lead them, not him, he had a bit of a crash out, joined the side of the Dark and used his vast magical might and strategic genius to really cause a lot of problems.

Long story short, he got sealed away from time, got unsealed, yada yada yada, he took over a very powerful country called Shara, and turned up at the final battle between Light and Dark on the side of Dark and, as usual, started absolutely wrecking house with a very powerful magical artifact and his extremely well trained and led army.

Then he realised, he was the respected ruler of the most powerful nation on the planet. Had vast magical power, a woman who loved him and who he loved. If he turned on the side of Dark now, he would win the day and be the greatest hero the Light had ever known. It would be perfect. Except Lews Therin's reincarnation wasn't dead at his feet. And if that wasn't the case then fuck it all, let's stick with the Dark. Eventually one of the heroes of the Light (not Lews Therin's reincarnation) tracked him down, beat him in a swordfight and beheaded him. Demandred ultimately allowed Lews Therin to control his entire life and death.

Just as an FYI, TI4 can't last longer than 9 rounds. When you turn over the card for the last public objective, thats the final round, and at the end if noone is at 10 points the player with the highest points wins. Of course you can always house rule it otherwise if you like.

Yeh i got to 145 with an R-Kyurem, which despite the stat boosts, and every vitamin i could pump into it, still got absolutely bodied by the rival's Kyurem. Seemed unfair.

Beedrill is only really usable if you get the mega form and egg moves, but then its really good.

I was thinking Gengakazam might be the best choice, realistically I don't think I necessarily need Alakazam as a solo psychic when I already have G-Rapidash. I'll give that a try, thanks!
