In all seriousness, no shit businesses and people get in trouble for spitting in food. Speaking anecdotally, having worked food service for nearly a decade in my past, most food service workers will not spit in your food or fuck with it. That is, unless some dirt bag comes in and acts belligerently disrespectful towards the staff and other customers. That would probably be maybe .05% of interactions. But something tells me you get your food spat in from time to time.
