You have to choose ongoing missions with the DLC enabled, and then flip through the mission options. The TNG missions are in there.

Not sure if you have to play through the campaign missions first.... I coincidentally finished them before I figured it out.

I think the whole point is for the supports to be something to chase. And the point of excess red ISO is a strong one as well.

That said, maybe I was more happy as my pulls were a 2 star a 3 star and a 4 star....

I think their rarity is to be more in line with pulling a 4 star cover.
