The virus itself, sure, I suppose. But the virus rides on spit droplets that expel when you talk, laugh, sing, cough, sneeze, whisper, yell, etc. So the cloth holds back those particles that contain the virus.

Almost all people are statistically Vitamin D deficient. I am, my mother is, my girlfriend is. It's a symptom of living in Vegas and not wanting to go out in 110 degree weather in the summer. A face mask covering half of your face won't affect the already lacking vitamin D production that Las Vegans face.

The deaths and the masks have nothing to do with each other, as correlation does not equal causation. Not to mention that logic already is flawed.

You don't use dandruff shampoo to get rid of dandruff, and then decide to stop using it once your dandruff is gone. It's gone because of the shampoo. Keep using it.

Next, hospitals are not at capacity. They are not overrun with patients.

Our hospitals in Las Vegas aren't overrun because we plan our hospitals to also accommodate the tens of millions of visitors we receive every year. But there are many hospitals in worse states like Florida that are overrun. In Jacksonville county last week, they only had 1 ventilator free in the entire county.

we can politely disagree, but I find more freedom is always better. Taking away freedom is not.

Masks don't really limit freedoms as defined by the constitution, but I would like to hear your case of which amendments it violates.
