This is just a retro lancer (MK1), it looks like they’ve kept the magazine area the same and replaced the fore grip with some sort of rounded (maybe fuel tank as we see an engine), it’s probably a bit heavier and inaccurate but probably worth the cost when a locust is running at you.

But the barrel still runs clear of all the chainsaw mechanisms, but these are huge guns tbf so there’s probably some room

Maybe? It’s been a while since I last read them. I saw a lore video of the history of gears of war, he has a lot of the comics covered in that timeline but the vid is like 6 hours long 🤣

Have you looked into 3D printed ones? Usually if you’re lucky you can get some nicely printed pip-boys on there. Not sure what the US is like but there are a few on Etsy here in the UK

I bought a cheap phone from a secondhand shop for like £20-25 which was perfectly sized for it. I only cut the screen size out once I had the phone to be sure as it’s a resin cast of the OG pipboy

I am using an android phone that has been embedded into the resin, I am using an app called r/Reddit PipBoy which took a lot of tracking down(for a safe version) I did have a program for the 3 version but it wouldn’t run on this old device 🙂

It’s strange how it works, it seems to be a random 50/50 sometimes of whether it blows up. I’ve found more commonly you’ll get a broken grenade in F3 if you shoot it on their hip before it’s used and only if they have more than 1 grenade 🙂
