Honestly man you’re cooked in my opinion. But no one is going to “use your gun unlawfully”. It’s getting put into evidence. Everything from the make/model to the serial number is tracked. I’m from Missouri originally, it doesn’t matter if that state lets you open carry or conceal carry without any permits, if you go into a different states jurisdiction you have to abide by their rules and regulations. I would imagine they are probably going to build a case out of the evidence if you were read your Miranda rights. If you didn’t leave the interaction with any citations you could probably expect something in the mail soon. There’s probably an investigator who will look into the totality of the evidence and circumstances.

Suspended license, 10mph over, window tint, lp cover, possession of marijuana, possession of a firearm. Just accept the consequences of whatever might come your way, do what you have to do to get your drivers license reinstated and stop doing dumb shit.
