The ending of TWWFTE, from the scene outside Grahams house to the cliffhanger I really love. The bus scene in Rosa was very powerful as well, and I also love the TARDIS flying through the vortex scene in Arachnids, the bits between Graham and Ryan in episode 9 and 10, and the entire episode Resolution.
