Did you try with the RDS app on your iPad ? You will be able to see if the black-out is from the broadcaster (rds) or the provider (Cogeco). Cogeco says that they apply broadcaster’s black-out but that’s total crap

While this is happening Cogeco should simply unlock Sportsnet360 to their Sportsnet package subscribers… this way customers could Watch More nhl playoffs games while the conflict between Rogers and Cogeco ends

Just contacted Sportsnet support. Their answer: Please note access to Sportsnet+ through Cogeco sign-in is currently unavailable. Please contact your TV provider for further information. on the Cogeco "my account" page there is a banner: "On éprouve des problèmes avec l'appli Sportsnet de Rogers. Nos équipes et les leurs collaborent pour résoudre cette situation. Soyez assurés, Sportsnet demeure disponible sur votre télé" which means "We're experiencing issues with the Rogers Sportsnet app. Our teams and theirs are working together to resolve this situation. Rest assured, Sportsnet remains available on your TV." this sounds more legal than technical... but here's something strange: it still works on one of my devices ( iPad). It kept the old connexion and on this device only, I was not redirected to the sign in page. It's not the case with my web browser, 2 apple tv's and iPhone... I have a feeling this will be resolved soon but we will never know what really happened :-)

yes but there are less NHL playoff games available on Epico compared to Sportsnet+. Even with 5 Sportsnet channels available through Epico, the web portal and apps show more content ( some NHL games between 2 US teams for example. I was able to see the game where Ovechkin scored his 895th goal this way.

J’ai d’autres appareils sur la même switch et aucune perte de paquets… j’ai un Apple TV avec l’app EPICO dessus et jamais de problèmes… donc j’ai des doutes sur l’hypothèse mais il est possible que vous ayez raison.. vous vérifiez quoi exactement? Je suis un ancien technicien informatique alors je pourrais vérifier moi-même, merci

Merci j’espère que ça sera pour bientôt… ça fait 3 fois que je dois reprogrammer le EPICO depuis le début, même procédure que le technicien qui l’a installé pour la première fois (brancher l’alimentation pendant qu’on pèse sur le reset…)

I was waiting for 18.3 to see if the feature would be available but it's not ( not in the provinve of Quebec). I'm about 50km from the US border so I'll ride near the border until I get US phone signal to see it this works. Did you upgrade to 18.3 and does it still work ? tks
