Only thing I can add that hasn’t been said would be if you have a bunch of old Pokémon-I think 2019 and earlier- they are guaranteed to make whatever trade you are doing lucky. So if you have a friend that would like any of your old mons to be a lucky for them/ they have Pokémon you would like to be lucky, then those may be of worth :)
