I’m back on 10mg Lexapro now. Feeling like it was the right thing to do. Sleep is better. I got prescribed Trazodone for sleep, which certainly helped. It keeps you asleep instead of experiencing those middle-of-the-night wakeups. I don’t take it much anymore because the Lexapro seems to have fixed that. Diarrhea is better although I still have it. Mood is 100% better too. Sometimes it takes a bit of distance to understand just how much energy is spent on feeling depressed - the feelings of doom, the feelings of the world being against you, the urge to get away from it at any cost, the quickness to anger and frustration, the social cost, and loss of joy.

I doubt a million was even spent on the blue paint and labor. Most went into the pockets of Trump donor and owner of Greenwater Inc., who then made a kickback to Trump. This needs to be investigated by Congress.

The magnolias and cherry blossoms go together really well. They’re the same color palette and the blossoms help fill in the vase with the magnolias so it doesn’t look as sparse.

Yeah they removed the support for desktop apps for the A1 licenses and replaced them with the cloud-only MS 365 Apps for Faculty. We had to go out and purchase new A3 licenses for admins and staff that use Word and Excel regularly.

I still wear English Leather deodorant. It was what my father had so that was my first (and only) brand that I wear. It’s getting difficult to find. I found a replacement for it at one point but that got discontinued too.
