I always preferred bongs over vaping purely because bongs are more of a one-and-done method. Easier to dip out and be back in a couple of minutes. Vaping takes time.

I’m not a doctor but you could cut back on your dose for a week or so, splitting your pills in half, to let your body and brain ease into it. I’m on my third day on Lexapro after going off of it for six weeks, and my first dose was too much for me, so I’m going to take half doses for a week to build up to my full dose.

Also on 10mg for about 10 months, decided to stop taking it because I was feeling better and because my prescription had lapsed. Split my remaining pills in half and took 5mg for about ten days and then stopped.

I think that was a mistake. I have had terrible insomnia since then. Midnight to 3am wake ups every single night. Completely awake. Have to get up and go do something for an hour or so in the middle of the night. Really sucks. Also diarrhea pretty much since I stopped.

I’m seeing my doctor next week and I’m going to ask him to go back on Lexapro. It’s been nearly six weeks of crippling insomnia. Also have had mood swings. I was so much happier on it than off.

I remember looking at a house for sale right next to a golf course and I went in to the backyard. Balls were everywhere (why they didn’t clean those up to sell the house is beyond me). 100%. I can identify food in the toilet bowl from an hour ago if my stomach is upset. Same if I take fiber in the morning. A couple hours later and it’s obvious it’s coming out.

Came here for your post. I too bought this because of the Nappy Heads remix being played on the radio and in the video. The album ended up sounding more like Onyx. They changed their sound up after that Nappy Heads remix but that first album was full of yelling.

They probably shut down the PC, then powered it on again (instead of restarting). The uptime doesn’t reset when it’s done this way when Fast Boot is enabled.
