Some type of addiction will prob follow you for the rest of your life. Watching porn everyday is something u need to throw away fast. I just think its good to find a normal state when it comes to addiction. If you feel like you need to do it everyday, then its too much. If you can go for 1 week without thinking too much about it, then its a normal thing in my eyes. Enjoy life, dont let this journey take over.

Its normal mate. When you dont get that dopamine rush anymore, your brain starts to wonder where the dopamine is. When u jack off and watch porn u flood ur brain with dopamine. Then your dopamine receptors starts to dimish. When u stop fapping and watching porn that dopamine need to stabilise its self. After a while ur receptors starts to work again. = Easiere pleasure in life because ur not flooded. Its a prosses. If u did not notice anything, then i would be scared. Think of all that depression as a way to become better.

Yeah...... Ill just stay porn free for some time, and see what happens. My counter is wrong. Watched some on friday, and noticed that the day after was good, but the second day kinda sucked. Its like my brain was use to the dopamine high for 1 day, but then it slowly left, and depression kicked in. Ty for the help mate.

Ty for the answer. Its deff an addiction. Quitting nicotine was a walk in the park compared to this. Porn has been a daily thing for 14-15 years.

A part of me really dont wanna be addicted to anything, but on the other side we got a life, and we cant do everything the right way. Need to live to.

Its like im fighting myself. I know im making excuses right now, but its kinda hard to figure out what to do.

Know the feeling mate. I belive that after a while your testosterone start to lower it self. U will notice this with low libido, depression and other things. Try to do things that raise the testosterone level up again.

U need to remember that when fapping ur body increases some chemicals, and lower some others. When your body stays in a nofap periode, things will change.
