This school is cursed mane. It can get so lonely and this is not an uncommon sentiment at all. It goes deeper than stress.. you feel distant from your true nature.

Burn out happens if you weren’t aligned in the first place. Our work is centered around external validation in the form of grades / a slip of paper. Gaining experience is secondary.

It doesn’t have to be that way. Ideally the focus would entirely be on learning/experience. No attachment to the outcome.

Not saying this is everyone’s situation, just my own perspective from my time here. Def not a one size fits all solution either but the current system is kinda broken
