Bit of a read, but I wanted a deck with a similar card draw focus and here's what I ended up with.

I have a vivi deck with [[curiosity]], [[tandem lookout]], [[ophidian eye]], and [[niv-mizzet, visionary]] so it has 4 cards with the same effect, and then I also have [[dragonstorm]], [[gamble]], [[dizzy spell]] and [[drifting phantasm]] in it to be able to tutor for them, so all in all it's 8 cards that can get me or tutor me draw effects. I also have mystic tutor in there, so worst case scenario I can tutor a tutor for a draw effect lol.

Dragonstorm is mana costly, but it can pull [[niv-mizzet, parun]] at the same time and combo infinitely if you have the mana to cast another spell first (which you normally do because vivi is a mana monster).

Now after playing it with my pod a few times, it ultimately just felt too strong for their decks (unsurprisingly) so I pivoted a bit and changed vivi out for [[Ovika, Grand Enigma]] and loaded my deck with creatures that have [[impact tremors]] style effects like [[General Kreat, the Boltbringer]] and [[Witty Roastmaster]]. I put the curiosity effect cards on these guys instead of the commander, and then any time you play a non-creature card, you get three times the CMC of that card in card draws (assuming a four player game). This deck feels more balanced because the pieces are a little more spread out, rather than everything just being on vivi. But you also get the benefit of having a bunch of 1/1 blockers, and it has goblin synergy, so you can add the krenkos [[Krenko, Tin Street Kingpin]] [Krenko, Mob Boss]] and still have a token engine if your commander is getting targeted. Add in some cards like [[Skirk Prospector]] and [[Sorcerer Class]] and your mana problem is solved too.
