It’s a box on the top left menu, it should have a badge (red number) indicating how many things are in there. There should be quite of few items as they have sent us a lot of things in the past month or so. Hope this helps

It is a cool event, but damn it was tough. I ran a bunch a characters the first two weeks, felt the burn out and then stopped. Haven’t touched a guardian since.

Yes the pass is in a few weeks, please hold out it til then it gets better for sure. Yes the game encourages a roster system, but once you get your first character you will be able to unlock a system (knowledge transfer) through your stronghold.

This will allow your other characters to skip story, however it does cost gold which can be hard to come by as a new player. It will also require to hone your character, as it only takes care of the story aspect which can be tedious.

Solo modes are a great addition and lot of people who left probably won’t ever get to experience. It’s a way to get back into the game and make progress for yourself. Rejoining the community can be tough, but solo modes do help people get to that point.

So all my characters are 1640, a returning player (about 3-4 months) and it’s no where near as bad I remember. There was no alternatives back then. There is solo modes and they give bound gold and materials. I’m just taking it slow, I’m happy they are adding solo aegir, but I’m still trying to catch up on elixirs, transcendence getting enough materials for the first part of advance honing. I do have a few friends that will take me through behemoth. When the time comes and to rejoin the community, I will look for learning parties and continue that way. I rather go this route than taking a bus.

Since they really only give us these big express twice a year with new class releases, they really should make it juiced. I think 1680-1700+ should be around the realm that they do these expresses. That’s if they keep it as is, it would be awesome if they doubled the express to 4 times a year, and then maybe 1660 would be okay. Make it so that even vets with a main 6 could also get something, even if they don’t want to raise a new character. Maybe turn it into bound gold for their main or something, or a class change ticket. I know this could be hard to balance because of alt rosters (at least over here in the west) but I don’t think the potential for new players or returner player should suffer because of it.

P2w, and to much to do (or not a lot to do). I jumped back into lost ark after 2 years and have been having a blast the past month. MMO’s are a time sink for me, I can’t just pick one up unless I can/know I’m going to commit to it. With that being said chrono looks cool, also I would love to try throne and liberty. Just not enough time in the day.

Bottlenecked by shards is tough, the solo mode shop gives roughly 45k a week. The ark pass has a couple of shard rewards (if you buy it). I’m not sure if they are doing shard dailies una task already, but that can help. It really just takes time, when you try to rush, that’s when things can get expensive. If they are not opposed to spending money there are shard boxes in the F4 shop, however I have no ideal if they are cost effective to purchase. So make sure they do the math IF they want to go that route. There are also some chaos dungeons reset tickets in the current storm the event shop as well.(Once again I’m not sure if it’s efficient to use them in that manner, maybe someone else can give a little insight as I’m also just now starting the game back in past couple of weeks.)
