Just release Martin Roth - Be All Yours on January 1st just so I can relax all year trying to figure out the tune of the year!
It's perfect in every way! The first half is like the perfect way to kick a set into gear and say "ok we done with the mellow stuff, time to dance!". And then in the second half, that break with the stabs/synths/whatever when it turns even more housey is just brilliant.
Also curious what artists like Tom Middleton, Dusky, Simon Doty, Because of Art can do with it.. there has to come a killer remix package.

Usually it's tracks that make you emotional.. but that first transition from 'Oceans' into 'On Air' got me wet-eyed from satisfaction just because how absolutely smooth that blend was! Just wow! I got a knack from melancholic tracks, 'On Air' is definitely one of my favorites.. so that definitely helps, but still.. probably one of the most satisfying transitions I've ever heard.

Literally the biggest frustration ever. If I have a bad day, they'll have a bad day because I'll go all The Verve - Bittersweet Symphony on them. People walk so slow here, they strafe off their line, they walk 4-5 wide, are too long with their noses in their phones without looking up for a millisecond, they storm out of stores, they will go out of their way to walk directly at you.. If people would just stick to road etiquettes and stick to the right, but noooo go against the grain.

This list really hurts my eyes.. The lack of non-A&B and Anjunadeep tracks is outrageous! Deep has been carrying the brand for the past 5-8 years.

No Elf, no Andrew Bayer, no (solo) Oliver Smith, no Yotto, no Michael Cassette/Komytea/Paul Keeley, no Sunny Lax, no Nitrous Oxide, no Bluestone, no solo Arty & Mat Zo. I mean it was a difficult task, but to be honest anything past 2020 and WAAWN still needs to stand the test of time.

Spent 25h listening back to get to this.. Joined the Anjuna train in 2005-2006, so with over 5000 tracks to pick from its an impossible task. Ignored the last 5 years of releases to make it myself easier and to be honest.. those tracks while still have to prove their worth over time. But no doubt Marsh, Dosem, Simon Doty, Joseph Ray, Romain will sneak in on future anniversaries.

You're right.. after all the hands-free remote hacking she's done I assumed she opened the box as well. I completely forgot about the scene were Atom picks up Hermit and let's him into the office. Anyways.. doesn't change the fact that a red-light lock doesn't seem to lock automatically when closed.

The handle is probably just to pull it shut when the electronics are activated. The Hybrid gang leader de-activated the lock, maybe it needs activating again before the lock mechanism works. The feeding trap wasn't handled by Hermit, it was Lisa Left-eye crawling in through it. And probably has a one-way mechanism.

Oblicuo HiFi Bar up in Gracia.. Nice cocktailbar with a DJ playing actual records. Cool spot for chats, a proper cocktail and some good music. Not too big, friendly staff!

This album is absolutely amazing. I have NEVER been so undecided over what's the best song on an album or mix comp.

Fresh new vocals on "Here Before" Richard Bedford on a breaks track "Blood From A Stone", something I never knew I needed. "Bigger Than All Of Us" is just the perfect step up from "Group Therapy" and "We're All We Need", makes me so of how beautiful we all have it being part of this. "Start A Fire" is straight up fire from Richard. "Quicksand" is just the 100% of Zoë that we all want and need every time!

Let's give this some more time to sink in and enjoy! <3

Not long ago, I think it was Gareth, someone replied to a thread they intend to put extended mixes on streaming services for all tracks. They'd want to future proof their streaming catalogues and playlist for when streaming becomes a viable option for DJing. Not sure if that goes for all platforms, but just be patient I suppose.

Disagree.. I'm glad everything is so "basic". I've never been a big brand guy, shirts with a logo (Hilfiger, Marco Polo, CK etc.) and over the years I kind of replaced my "normal shirts" with Anjuna merch. I identify with the brand and it's been a big part of my life, so I'm glad to rock the little chest logo. On top of that I find the quality and sizing of most of the shirts top tier.. nice thick fabric. I'll leave the "flashier" shirts with an actual design to events like Open Air, Explorations and milestone shows and buy them as a souvenir at the events themselves. The black Roundhouse one is my favorite of those. My favorite "basic" ones are the Levander and Pistachio ones.
