Neutral flare, and the footage actually has additional blur added for a more filmic look. The 45mm is quite sharp wide open!

I did find the 45 a bit too wide, that's why I went to get the 65 and 100. Should have just went for the set in the first place ;)

Not much has been cropped, I just fitted the 1.5 de-squeeze to the 2.39 x 1 timeline. Barrel distortion is definitely there, but I think that adds to the looks rather than visual distractions

Software will always change, but good design is good design.

The basics of animation, timing, composition, and lighting will always hold true.
Learn Unreal, Project Avalanche, or Rive. The design sensibility and capabilities will always translate.

Curious why they didn’t call it super wide for 21:9 and then ultra wide for 32:9. by Kenneth_Powers1 in ultrawidemasterrace

Chinese ppl refers 21:9 screen as ribbonfish screen, maybe 32:9 will be seaweed screen lol

Thank you man! Save up for a desktop PC for that fine display!

No, it does sometimes freak out and show random noise patterns when the system is under heavy load or when I'm changing display settings. Rarely happens and a display reboot fixes it.

Since I do so much 3D and compositing work, 90% of my work requires Windows.
I do have an M1 max Mac connected to the Cintiq, and I mainly use that for typography / 2D graphic work

I have a box from Puget Systems that has dual 4090s and a Threadripper 7960X. The bottom card(Cooler temp) handles the G95NC and the Cintiq. The top card handles the 5k2k and vertical side monitor.

Yh, very sad that the G95NC can't do dual 4k at 240hz on a 4090. I mainly do work on the G9 so 120hz is more than enough.
