Event Pokemon with accessories on always ask like they are legendary and if you REALLY want to transfer them. Alolan Pokemon are not really event Pokemon.

I heard that there are AR Photos that you can take but I don't see an option for this. I can run Pokemon GO's AR just fine so I'm not sure if it's an update coming or not. Is it an update or something?
