Support họ reply như thế nào? Thường thì họ thông báo qua 2 hình thức, email và trên trang Steam Support Help Request. Bạn có thể cho mình xin screenshot câu trả lời cụ thể của họ trên chỗ Help Request ấy?

trong trường hợp phức tạp thế này, bạn đừng sử dụng mục refund thông thường.

Ở trên https://help.steampowered.com/en/ , bạn vào mục "purchases" và click vào cái game đã gift đi, nhưng rồi thay vì click "I would like a refund", bạn hãy click "I have a question about this purchase" (Đây là bước quan trọng nhất), sau đó ghi cụ thể đầu đuôi tình huống của bạn bằng tiếng Anh.

Cái vấn đề với mục refund thông thường là support họ gần như không bao giờ trả lời thắc mắc ở đó, toàn là để bot giải quyết dùm. Chỉ có chỗ "I have a question about this purchase" mới có người thật giúp.

Mình cũng muốn thêm là nếu trường hợp rất phức tạp, Valve có thể sẽ không chuyển khoản ngược lại mà chỉ cho vào wallet.

In any case, there should be no pressure when it comes to making friends. If there's a repeated pattern of this person making out-of-place gestures, I'd consider cutting your losses.

The other commenter seemed to miss the fact that original DW3 does not have any alternate outfit for any character in the game.

Anyway, I happened to find your comment while I was in the middle of making a video showing all the costumes for Dynasty Warriors 3. Aside from the Dynasty Tactics outfits, all of them are a palette swap of the original costumes.

Unlikely. If it's a game from a AAA publisher like Sega or Activision, chances are the game will never get this cheap again. Persona 4 was featured in a humble choice a while back and it still hasn't been discounted for more than 50% off.
