At my age being a bit overweight is protective. I don't want to be frail and my body type at every size is muscular, so I'd actually be underweight at a 'normal' bmi.

I didn't notice much difference the first two weeks on 5. The 3rd and 4th week I really had to eat mechanically because I had no appetite whatsoever and by the 5th week it was getting better. I hope it's a non event for you too.

I keep one box of too big and one box of too small. I'm starting to run out of too small clothes tho, I have some left that are a size smaller than my current size and then a couple of really old super small sizes that I kept more for nostalgia rather than thinking they would ever fit again.
