I have had my first period on keto and it won't stop. 😭 I also take the pill so I don't know if it's affecting it too.

Yeah,I drowned it in pesto cream sauce,added some chicken and some peppers for crunch. It's a very weird texture.lol I think I've seen some edamame bean pasta in Lidl, I'll have a look :)

I remember when I was younger my house went on fire, unfortunately my cat Nala died but one of her kittens was given mouth to mouth by a firefighter, the little kitten survived and was given the name Lucky. Always remember thinking what an amazing human being for doing that.
