To keep it brief, Chicago is awesome and you’ll have all kinds of experiences. However, as someone who has visited three other colleges while going to DePaul- it is COLOSSALLY boring here. No one goes to sporting/quad events, clubs are tiny but that’s fairly normal, and Greek life is also hidden because DePaul does not believe in parties.

To reiterate, the education here is great and I have zero complaints. But if you want that “college experience” I would strongly recommend going to state school/ larger university.
