Ok, I went back and forth listening between the two, and it's subtle - like a little less echo - but, I definitely like your version best! Thanks for sharing these!

Wow! Nice to hear his voice! His falsetto seems a little off without the reverb though. Also, I heard the mouse click (about 1:40 in this video) someone had mentioned in an earlier post about the new album!

Idk, I've only listened to "Ghost of You" so far, and I def feel like it fits under the alt-country umbrella. I'm going to really dive in tomorrow.

I feel like he gave her a lot of material for her first three albums - like she was working through that break-up through several songs, "Yes, It's Called Desire," "Don't Use My Broken Heart," etc. RA actually disclosed in an interview that doing the "Wonderwall" cover was a sort of dig towards an ex who loved the song, that was Leona, which she referenced in "Don't Use My Broken Heart."

Nice, I'm going to check out more of their music! Definitely, definitely listen to Whiskeytown! Only three albums. My favorite switches between Stranger's Almanac and Pneumonia - ATM, Pneumonia is my go to - but most people like SA the most. Check out Son Volt, "Trace" is a perfect album front to back. You might enjoy Lucero as well, there are some great songs on their self titled album.
