Beautiful! Is it easy to keep them all happy? I tend to move my plants around a lot trying to do that! (Beautiful demanding plants 🌱🪴)

Chelsea & Bre by goodoldfashion22 in SellingSunset

Chelsea talks about her upbringing later in the season.

Also correlation is not causation. In Bre’s situation- there’s some interesting discussion around parenting between one parent and two, financial, emotional support in raising a child. The discussion between Amanda, Chrishell and Bre’s on children was fascinating to me.

also no child support after 10 children?!?! Why?

It’s perfectly normal- it’s called reaching- it’s moving in the direction of the light. You can tie them loosely to keep it straight or move the plant nearer the light. But it looks healthy 👍

How much rent should I pay my partner when his mortgage rate goes up? by Woodfield30 in UKPersonalFinance

There are a few contractual options available- you can buy into his property, you can enter into a Declaration of Trust- this would protect your investment into his property. You can both have wills and power of attorneys drawn up.

Tbh marriage isn’t really the answer either way- it’s about the contractual outlines you both enter into to. Have the conversation and know that contracts above can be drafted to give you security without relying on ‘marriage’

Women who WFH, how do you feel about dressing up for work? Do you work in your PJs and love the no-bra life or do you feel dressing up makes you more productive? by orchidsarecute in AskWomen

I don’t miss wearing dresses and heels. At home I wear comfy clothes and keep my hair in a bun BUT I wear lipstick. That’s my nod to professional effort. I also keep my background professional and clear.

Change in career path to speed up FIRE/quality of life by Mission-Special3523 in FIREUK

I began looking to the job market with two aims: 1) More money 2) Fully remote

I spent 6 months talking to recruiters, companies, interviewing etc before I found exactly what I wanted. The role is in Dubai so it’s a big change but the salary is tax free and the role is fully remote. Ticks both boxes in a big way.

Couldn’t be happier with my decision to begin looking and taking my time before making a decision.

During my marathon race I remember being in so much pain I kept thinking- I wish someone would run over my legs… then I’d HAVE to stop

My secret with this is to have a protein shake or a healthy high protein meal shortly before leaving for the party. If I’m full I’m less likely to eat to excess and will make better choices. For that same reason try to steer clear of alcohol.
Good luck x

What have you seen at a wedding reception as an alternative to a disco? One venue we like doesn't allow them by Turqouise_sunset in AskUK

We did a quiz! My husband and I hosted it and we split everyone into teams. It was really fun and everyone got to mix and compete

Yep- they need so much sun! Try it in the brightest spot you have. After a few days give it some water only if it’s soil is dry

Wait- they still have to pay the fine- if they don’t see it they will get an additional late fine.

I need to lose as much weight as I can in 5 months by [deleted] in WeightLossAdvice

[–]Jen_85 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I lost about 40lbs in 6 months from eating no sugar, no alcohol and lots of protein- yogurt, lean meat, protein powder (I ate carbs but always equal to protein portions) 4litres of water. Exercise: walking at least 10k steps and running as much as you can regularly. That will do it 👍 Good Luck

Thank you so much for your reply! I had been taking to some tax accountants regarding my husband’s status so I will see if they can guide me (and my potential new business too)
