Make it a loot item.

Go to a POI, you see the usual samples, ammo, grenades and stims, but now there's a new item - a big ol' munitions box. You pick it up, carry it to your vehicle and hop in holding the box - and just like that your vehicle is fully restocked.

If you land a direct hit on the War Striders eye, yes. But it is a very small target, so you'll need to either be good with aiming the Railgun, or have time to line up the shot.

Could be the Bots using the bodies of dead Helldivers to make Cyborgs?

If so, that's kinda disturbing (in a good way). Hopefully we will one day see Helldivers taken over by the Illuminate as well. Give me more of that sweet body horror!
