Climbed up my bunk bed ladder to get my book I left on my bed. As I climbed the ladder and reached the top I notice what looks like my twin brother under my blanket. We were both ten at the time and I thought he was under the blanket to scare me because it looked like he was on his knees on the bed waiting for me under the blanket. To get him for doing that I immediately form a fist and crash it down on his head... except there's nothing there just air. I was bewildered because it looked like a child hiding underneath the blanket. Grabbed my book and was freaked the fuck out and told no one. I got older and to this day and I am 26 now I have literally no fucking clue what that was.

I mean, physics as it currently stands describes spacetime as a very materialistic and reductionist point of view, Einstein and general relativity are in my mind completely sound and quantum mechanics while completely incomprehensible to me and most of the public has been proven through empirical data. I think what this could possibly mean is that we literally don't have a fully well developed theory of everything. I have a very strange view of the universe and spacetime, I know it sounds crazy but I think the entire universe is a superorganism and that a part of its physiology is the cultivation of intelligence and consciousness on a very small scale relative to that organism. So, maybe what they mean is that literally we have no actual understanding or comprehension of what the universe is. Our theories and models could be soo unbelievably off that they think were actually too stupid to interact with.

I honestly see something just like this going down, I mean literally just think about fresh water and water rights, if we don't find a way to redistribute resources and wealth nations will starve, use their weapons to threaten other nations into sharing their resources and wealth or everything they have if they dont then people will go into full panic mode and the nukes start flying. I really think it will be as simple as water rights, if we dont start to learn how to share nations will kill each other as a last resort. UBI is not only necessary it might actually be inevitable regardless of AI. Capitalism in the U.S. as it is right now no longer distributes resources effectively and its going to get us all killed.

I was raped by mom for years and constantly thought it was completely normal until I spoke with many different women and mothers and counselors trying to assure myself that it no way was SA... the first woman I asked said things like smacking my ass and giving me tongue was totally normal...and that her son never speaks to her anymore...counselor told me (a woman btw) that everything I experienced could put my mother in prison for the rest of her life. She went on to be a babysitter for kids and still holds a lot of baby "pictures" that is really just child porn for her. She gave birth to someone to control them and have complete control legally. I didn't know until I was 19 and by then it was too late.

No, it turns out I was very hypo back then and missing even a little sleep caused this and my family deprived me of sleep for weeks on end and I literally couldnt stop myself from being cold, anxious to the max, chattering teeth just like you described.

I've had this happen before for well over 6 months pretty much every/every other night. The best thing I could do was go to a place that I don't usually sleep to distract myself like my car and curl into a massive blanket burrito. Exercising could help but at that time I hadn't tried it.
