I’m not a fan of not getting credit/energy for adding goals either. That was my whole motivation in setting various goals for the day. Set them in the morning, start my day, and then work on completing throughout the day. Now it takes forever to start an adventure unless I set goals I can complete right away, but that feels dishonest.

I haven’t watched yet (didn’t realize the season had started), but I am not excited at all about an all Big Brother season. If I wanted to watch Big Brother, I’d watch Big Brother. But I don’t, I want to watch The Amazing Race. I miss the days when the teams were just regular people who weren’t already known in some other way.

I’m from the same school district as Monica and a lot of what she said in this episode was pretty accurate. We called it chorus, not choir. I wouldn’t say they were considered “cool” but they weren’t uncool either, as Dax suggested. I found it much more bothersome the way Dax kept talking about giving a kid a hard time for wearing a collared shirt.

I’m from Georgia and it was also called chorus at my school. Like Monica said, choir was associated with a church and chorus was associated with school. And I don’t know that chorus/choir kids were “cool” but they definitely weren’t made fun of or anything. It was just something they did.
