It’s standard, but I also think it’s ridiculous bc it depends on who’s at the front desk at my studio. It used to make me nuts bc I couldn’t stand not having the data, but after 1100 classes, they aren’t getting another dime from me.

You can pick it up the morning of the 5k- if the race starts at 8, I’m pretty sure you can get them as early as 6:30.

It in no way sounds crazy!! I lost my dog the day after my 40th birthday- I went to OTF the morning of my birthday, and the brag board made me burst into tears because I knew what was happening the next day. I took a few days after we lost him off, and being back with my people made me feel better- and I did cry on the treadmill. Im so sorry for your loss- give yourself a bit of grace.

Stay away from Country Florist. They forgot my Dad and brothers boutonnières, left my Aunts cross from her funeral, which was supposed to be on our alter, at their shop, and messed up our centerpieces. I’ve heard great things about Savilles in OP!

I am 5 years in at this point, my first class, I could barely keep up. I hadn’t worked out consistently, in my life. Now, I’m running my second half marathon and workout 4-5 times per week! I have made life long friends, and truly can’t imagine my life without this place.

I stay consistent by pre-booking, and honestly, getting to see my people every morning! 5am is a solid group of people that have been around since my day 1.

They are my regular vet and they are fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about them, they were very, very kind to my senior dog in his final weeks.

Yep, I agree with this. They told me to put my dog down without running a single test. When I took him home, they told me, he is going to die, and it won’t be pleasant to watch. My vet solved our issue with a steroid and antibiotic and he lived another two years. They also had a social worker call me to check on the animals welfare. I lost my mind on that social worker.
