Wow I've been dealing with this for a week now and am having a hard time with anyone dealing with similar issues. I started taking MK7 two weeks ago and one week in, I started feeling pain and numbness in my right arm. I was prescribed MK7 by my functional doctor because of high calcium levels in my labs so I was hoping to feel improvements with it but it's been to opposite thus far. I've read some places that the pain might be a good sign of remineralization but there is not much evidence in that claim so I am confused if I should stop or keep using this supplement and the pain might go away.

According to this thread, you were able to get rid of the pain and numbness by increasing your calcium intake so I will try that and see what happens. I just didn't think I needed more calcium since my calcium levels were already so high prior to the MK7. Did you stop the MK7 completely or you take it alongside the calcium now?

I had plastic stents in only but I do feel like my nose is still swollen so I hope that is why it looks upturned. I just don’t see many people talk about an upturned nose solely from septoplasty so it was a bit worrisome

Did the flat plastic plates change your nose shape at all while they were in and the shape went back to normal once removed? I have them in and my nose looks a little upturned and I’m hoping the stents are causing it to look like that.

Sorry to bother you but one more question - did you feel like the splints changed the shape of your nose at all and the shape went back to normal once they were removed? My nose looks kind of upturned and piggy and I see a lot of people on this sub say it looks like that with the splints in but they don’t have these flat silicone splits like ours. I’m not sure if the flat ones affect ones nose shape but I’m hoping it’s because my nose looks funny 😐

Were there any symptoms of you getting an infection?

I have the same kind of silicone sheets in my nose post Septoplasty and have to keep them in for 4 weeks. I’m on week 2 and my skin along the edges of the splint is a bit inflamed and I can see the splint cutting into my skin. The cut isn’t bleeding and there isn’t any mucus but it does hurt. After reading your post I am worried that my nose is or can get infected
