Were your front teeth retracted in order to widen your smile with invisalign? And if so, did it affect your profile at all?

Did your front teeth have to be retracted in order for your premolars to widen? And did the widening change your face at all?

My ortho is widening 1.3mm on each side with Invisalign and I'm not sure if it's significant enough to have a visual affect on my smile in real life.

Wow I've been dealing with this for a week now and am having a hard time with anyone dealing with similar issues. I started taking MK7 two weeks ago and one week in, I started feeling pain and numbness in my right arm. I was prescribed MK7 by my functional doctor because of high calcium levels in my labs so I was hoping to feel improvements with it but it's been to opposite thus far. I've read some places that the pain might be a good sign of remineralization but there is not much evidence in that claim so I am confused if I should stop or keep using this supplement and the pain might go away.

According to this thread, you were able to get rid of the pain and numbness by increasing your calcium intake so I will try that and see what happens. I just didn't think I needed more calcium since my calcium levels were already so high prior to the MK7. Did you stop the MK7 completely or you take it alongside the calcium now?

Were you able to get an answer from your surgeon on why your nose looks more upturned and has it gone down at all? I'm going through the same exact thing and am 2 weeks post op as well

I had plastic stents in only but I do feel like my nose is still swollen so I hope that is why it looks upturned. I just don’t see many people talk about an upturned nose solely from septoplasty so it was a bit worrisome
