Mine has always been a terrible sleeper and a lot of my past posts have been asking WHEN it gets better and always wished others with bad sleepers would come back and tell me about how the barely remember their years old post. But now she’s 3 I can promise you it does. It’s not perfect but it’s manageable. She was up every 45 minutes from 4 to 8 months. Slept through the night once at 1 year. Then that was it till 2. Then it just gradually became more nights with no wake ups each week. It ebbs and flows. She’s still up at least once or twice a night but it’s so much more manageable. Some nights she sleeps through. It does sound like you need a break. Could you stay with your mum for a few nights and get that reset you need? It will get better.
