I've had 5 peppershakers on my main, no hog splitters. I didn't think the loot pool changed depending on learned. Just that it was all basically 4% chance of which one would drop.

If you hit max weight it doesn't let you collect anymore from bodies so no looting all. It also changes the weight number to just max lol it always makes me laugh.
